EMOTIONS: MY FRIENDS, MY ENEMIES?

We tend to think of anger, sadness, fear, jealousy, and other emotions as "negative," because we don't like the way we feel when we experience them, or just because we have learned that they are "bad."  In this group you will:

 

 

 

- learn that there is no such thing as "positive" or "negative" emotions;

- experience all emotions as your friends;

- learn specific techniques to deal with your emotions; and

- appreciate the messages that each emotion brings to your life.
