Individuals deal in different ways with their traumatic experiences. Sometimes, they use food in unhealthy ways to cope with their trauma-related emotions.  It could involve obsessing about when, what, and how much to eat, all the way up to developing an eating disorder such as anorexia and bulimia. We use mindfulness meditations, tapping, fables, and metaphores to help you develop healthy ways to relate to food.
